感谢您上次及时将我们9月28-29日召开会议的事宜转告郑志明教授,现在还是再次麻烦
您将这次会议的一些事宜再次转告郑志明教授,武汉大学校长刘经南院士、医学院院长
樊明文教授都很重视这次会议，具体负责人是医学院院长樊明文教授、杨炯副院长。具
体事宜是：

1、这次会议时间为9月28-30日，其中9月28日全天报道，29日会议一天，30日离会。29
日上午9时会议正式开始，下午4时结束；29日下午4时召开“向近敏教授回国50周年座
谈会”；

2、我们医学院为各位校友提供在国内的往返的机票，提供9月28-30日三天的食宿；

3、请他们告诉我们回国到达武汉的准确时间、航班等，我们将派人在机场恭候他们回
来。我们安排回来的校友们将下榻在原湖北医科大学大门对面的、现在是武汉大学的
“弘毅大酒店”，离学校很近很近；

4、请回来讲学的校友尽快将演讲内容告诉我们，以便我们出示讲学海报。
