Dear Xiang-Jin,

Happy New Year to you and your family!

With the new year arriving, it is now time to pass on the torch of our Association to you and Xianxin. Many thanks to you and the other members of the Executive Council for all your help and support. I would like to thank Yidao in particular for another year of tireless effort serving as our Communications Director despite his busy schedule during the last year. Due to time constraint, we were unable to accomplish much in the last year but a number of ideas have been discussed at various gatherings. As we briefly discussed earlier, one idea that seems to enjoy broad support is to hold an alumni retreat as soon as it can scheduled. It can be a combination of professional as well as personal/family gathering for all alumni. I would be glad to provide any help I can but the "ball" is now officially in your hands to plan this and any other activities of the Association.

Attached below please find a list of the current members of the Executive Council and their email addresses inn the cc field, although some may have relocated during the last year. As initiated with Shu-Yuan, the Council membership changes on a rotating basis and you should feel free to reconstitute the Council as you assumes the Presidency with appropriate input from the current members and other alumni.
