Dear Dr. Zheng:

Thanks for your cordial congratuations and sugestions.

Two weeks ago, with very complex state of mind I got the nomination to be
dean of Wuhan University School of Medicine. I don't think I'm the appropriate
person selected, I'm only as a person for transition period. Fortunately
there are 3 young men who got Ph.D. degree to get into the leadership team.
I believe after a few years they will be excellent administrative talent.
Of course if someone of you joint us that will be most suitable.

Your sugestions are similar with the situation at present.

1. The name of school should be Wuhan University School of Medicine, in
which there are several colleges. They are basic college, 2 clinic colleges
and a professional technical college. Two other colleges are also in
preparation.

2. Stomatological college is independent from HMU that named Wuhan
University School of Stomatology which will be a key department of Wuhan
University.

3. All Units described belong to medical department which is one of the 6
departments of Wuhan Univ. Right now I am in charge of both medical
department and WUSM.
